Introduction:

GreekShares.com Article Contribution is a fee-based service operated by GreekShares.com, which provides guaranteed and expedited consideration of your Article for inclusion in the GreekShares.com Financial Articles Page.

Agreement:

The GreekShares.com Article Contribution service (the Service) is provided to you pursuant to the terms and conditions set out in this GreekShares.com Article Contribution Agreement (the Agreement). BY SENDING "The Submit Your Article Today" E-MAIL, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER; THAT YOU HAVE AND AGREE TO PROVIDE TRUE, COMPLETE, CURRENT AND ACCURATE INFORMATION; AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR, IN THE CASE OF A COMPANY, YOU ARE AUTHORISED TO BIND THE COMPANY TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

Acknowledgement:

You acknowledge and agree that: Nothing in this Agreement or the Service obligates GreekShares.com to list, link or otherwise accept your Article in the Financial Articles Page or on any Web site owned or controlled by GreekShares.com or to provide priority placement for your Article. If your Article is accepted for inclusion in the Financial Articles Page it will be placed in the manner determined by GreekShares.com in its absolute discretion. GreekShares.com is the exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in the review and categorisation of your Article.

Fees:

You must remit the relevant fee of 43.95 US$ plus any applicable sales, VAT or other taxes, for each Article submitted by you for review and acknowledge that the relevant fee is payable for the review of your Article whether or not your Article is posted in the Financial Articles Page.

Article-Inclusion Criteria:

In addition to any other criteria that GreekShares.com, in its sole discretion, may consider before accepting or declining an article, each article submitted for inclusion in the Financial Articles Page through the Service must comply with the editorial policy of GreekShares.com that includes the following six MINIMUM criteria:

1. The Article must be in the English or Greek language.

2. The Article must not have more than 650 words.

3. The Article must contain only text and can not have any graphics, photos or tables.

4. The Article should have original and useful content.

5. The Article should not contain pornography, pornographic or adult advertising, erotica or adult-only content, gratuitous or graphic violence, material that infringes on or violates someone's rights, or material that promotes/disseminates illegal activities. As a family-friendly site, we do not accept escort agencies or Articlessites that sell adult toys and etc.

6. The Article must contain sufficient and recognizable content.

No Warranty:

GreekShares.com MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WITH RESPECT TO ADVERTISING AND OTHER SERVICES, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
