Introduction:

GreekShares.com Publish Your Press Release (PR) is a fee-based service operated by GreekShares.com, which provides guaranteed and expedited consideration of your PR for inclusion in the GreekShares.com PR Page.

Agreement:

The GreekShares.com Publish Your PR service (the Service) is provided to you pursuant to the terms and conditions set out in this GreekShares.com Publish Your PR Agreement (the Agreement). BY COMPLETING THE Publish PR REGISTRATION PAGE AND CLICKING THE "Review My Press Release!" BUTTON, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER; THAT YOU HAVE AND AGREE TO PROVIDE TRUE, COMPLETE, CURRENT AND ACCURATE INFORMATION AS PROMPTED BY THE REGISTRATION FORM; AND THAT YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE OR, IN THE CASE OF A COMPANY, YOU ARE AUTHORISED TO BIND THE COMPANY TO THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.

Acknowledgement:

You acknowledge and agree that: Nothing in this Agreement or the Service obligates GreekShares.com to list, link or otherwise accept your PR in the PR Page or on any Web site owned or controlled by GreekShares.com or to provide priority placement for your PR. If your PR is accepted for inclusion in the PR Page it will be placed in the manner determined by GreekShares.com in its absolute discretion. GreekShares.com is the exclusive owner of all right, title and interest in the review and categorisation of your PR.

Fees:

You must remit the relevant fee of US $ 39.99 plus any applicable sales, VAT or other taxes, for each PR submitted by you for review and acknowledge that the relevant fee is payable for the review of your PR whether or not your PR is included in the PR Page.

Press Release Inclusion Criteria:

In addition to any other criteria that GreekShares.com, in its sole discretion, may consider before accepting or declining a PR, each PR submitted for inclusion in the PR Page through the Service must comply with the editorial policy of GreekShares.com that includes the following two MINIMUM criteria:

1. The PR must be in the English or Greek language.

2. The PR should not contain pornography, pornographic or adult advertising, erotica or adult-only content, gratuitous or graphic violence, material that infringes on or violates someone's rights, or material that promotes/disseminates illegal activities. As a family-friendly directory, we do not accept escort agencies or PRs that promote adult toys and etc. 

No Warranty:

GreekShares.com MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WITH RESPECT TO ADVERTISING AND OTHER SERVICES, AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS THE WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
